Basmeh and Zeitooneh is looking for "Media Officer (National Contract)"

Location: Turkey - Gaziantep

Closing date: 15 Feb 2020

Division/Department: Operations/ Projects

Reports to: Humanitarian Affairs Consultant/Syria Project Coordinator

Duration of Initial Contract: Full-time/ 4 Months with possibility for extension

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Designing district maps and locating services on maps according to region

· Design a service program interface on the mobile and website

· Updating the service maps in each region

· Designing posters and visual vision of the project

· Design videos of services in line with the project goals

· Giving advice to the photocopy mechanism and restoring the photos to the team

· Preparing and supervising the production of advertising brochures, flyers, direct mail publications, service videos, photos, films and multimedia programs

Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience:

At least one-year experience in NGO in the same field.

Language:

Fluent English and Arabic

Required Skills:

· Strong planning, writing and reporting skills

· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel) and web based applications

· Previous experience working with NGOs is essential.

· Ability to create and maintain a network of media contacts

· Flexibility and ability to work in a team

· Good organizational and time management skills Excellent social and interpersonal skills
